Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Non-Delivery

If we fail to start delivering your order within 48 hours of your purchase, you are entitled to a full, 100% refund to your original payment method.

2. Partial Delivery

If an order drops or is only partially delivered, we will refill the missing amount for free within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot refill it, we will issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount.
